đź“ť How Our VIP Rental Process Works

When you’re looking to rent DVC points, give us a call — we’ll help you decide whether our DIY or VIP service is the best fit for your needs.

If you choose our VIP service, DVC Advantages will find the member family that has points available and coordinate the transfer of information between both parties to ensure everything aligns with your needs.

Once the rental terms are agreed upon, your DVC Advantages Advisor will provide the necessary information to the point owner and request that the reservation be made. The point owner will then finalize the reservation and share the confirmed reservation number, usually by forwarding the confirmation email or a screenshot to your Advisor.

After the reservation is confirmed, your Advisor will contact you to provide all reservation details so you can link it to your My Disney Experience (MDE) account. Once everything is confirmed, the renter will pay the point owner according to the agreed-upon terms.

For rentals over $1,000, we provide a contract for both the member and renter to sign through DocuSign, ensuring a secure and professional transaction.
