With DVC Advantages, you set your own rental price while we handle all the work. Our system makes renting your points easy and stress-free. You simply pay our Flat Point Rate Service Fee. We do not collect the rental fee — the renter pays you directly, and we are not required to issue 1099s (please consult your tax preparer for any tax questions).

Flat Service Fees

Our flat service fees are simple and transparent. For domestic rentals, the fee is $4.00 per point, and for international rentals, it is $4.25 per point. (International members: a US bank account is preferred, but alternative solutions are available.) On average, our members save 25–30% by using DVC Advantages.

Updated DVC Policies

Starting June 1, 2025, Disney Vacation Club revised its rules to encourage personal use and occasional rentals while discouraging large-scale commercial point rentals. At DVC Advantages, we ensure all rentals remain safe, family-friendly, and fully compliant with these updates.

VIP Program & Custom Service

We offer a custom service through a discounted flat fee rate per reservation because we believe you should keep more of your money.

Our team will handle finding the perfect renter for your needs and facilitate the entire rental process, providing clear, concise information and a friendly voice to answer all your questions.

VIP Rental Process

The point owner will receive the full amount of the transaction from the renter and will be billed by DVC Advantages the flat rate fee upon the finalization of the transaction once payment is received.

During the VIP Rental Process, the member with points to rent will have a call with their personally assigned DVC Advantages Advisor, who will collect information and ascertain the family’s needs. DVCA will then find the family looking for points to rent and facilitate the transfer of information regarding the needs of each party.

Once the terms of the rental are agreed upon, your DVC Advantages Advisor will supply the required information to the point owner and request that the reservation be made. The point owner will make the reservation and provide the confirmed reservation number and details by forwarding the confirmation email or a screenshot to their personal DVC Advantages Advisor.

Your DVC Advantages Advisor will then contact the renter to confirm the reservation and provide them with the necessary information. Upon receiving the reservation information, the renter will pay the point owner according to the agreed-upon financial terms.

For rentals over $1,000, we provide a contract for both the member and renter to sign, processed securely through DocuSign. Once payment has been made to the point owner, DVC Advantages will request payment for the VIP service. When payment is received by us, the transaction is complete.
