Factors to consider when renting DVC
- PLAN AHEAD: last minute Disney stays are hard to find. Most families book 6-9 months in advance.
- Pay attention to the Resort; we want you to understand "Home Resort Priority". This comes into play if you are renting 7-11 months in advance.
- If you are booking a resort less than 7 months in advance of your arrival, the resort owned does not matter.
- Never pay for the booking before you receive the reservation number to link to your MDE.
- Try to speak to whoever you are working with.
- When the DVC rooms are all gone, book a Disney hotel with us direct.
